About Pipocket

An independent desk for one instrument. No accounts, no comment threads, no newsletter — just XAUUSD work published where you can read it.

What this is

Pipocket publishes research and trading analysis on XAUUSD — spot gold against the US dollar — and nothing else. It is written for traders who execute on the metal: people who care where the level is, what invalidates the idea, and what it costs to be wrong.

The site is deliberately small. There are no user accounts, no comment sections, no subscriber walls and no dashboards. Every article is a standalone piece of work with a timestamp on it.

The three boards

  • Signals — Daily XAUUSD setups: entry, take profit, stop loss and the structure behind each level. Written to be executed or skipped, never guessed at.
  • News & Macro — CPI, payrolls, Federal Reserve policy, real yields and geopolitics — mapped to the levels they actually test on the chart.
  • EA Trading — Expert advisor design, MQL5 risk plumbing, setfile discipline and backtest protocols that survive live gold spreads.

How the writing works

  • Numbers come from somewhere. Price levels, data prints and quotes are taken from published sources and the source is named. Nothing is invented, and where sources disagree the article says so.
  • Levels are named up front. An article that references a price says which price and why it matters before it draws a conclusion from it.
  • Invalidation is mandatory. Signals state what would prove the idea wrong at the same time as the entry. A setup with no invalidation is not a setup.
  • Risk first. Stop distance sets position size, never the other way around.
  • Timestamps are UTC. Every article carries the date and time it was written, so you can judge how stale it is at a glance.
  • Corrections are visible. If something published here turns out to be wrong, the correction is written into the article with a note saying so rather than quietly overwriting the original.

How the site is built

Pipocket is a small independent publication on one instrument. Each article is stored as a plain file and rendered by a lightweight PHP front-end, so there is no CMS behind it, no plugin stack and no third-party tracking network. Measurement is first-party and cookieless by design — see the privacy notice for exactly what is and is not recorded.

How this is funded

Some pages carry a referral link to a broker, and advertising may be switched on later; both are labelled where they appear and explained on how this site is funded. No article is bought, no broker sees a piece before you do, and no commission changes a level, a stop or a verdict on the track record.

Corrections and contact

If you spot an error — a wrong level, a misread data print, a broken calculation — email hello@pipocket.com with the article and the detail. Substantive corrections are reflected in the article.

What this address is not for: personalised trade advice, account management, or "should I buy now" questions. Nothing published here is financial advice — read the risk disclaimer before acting on anything on this site.
