How this site is funded

Two revenue sources, both disclosed on the page where they appear: referral commissions from a broker, and advertising when it is switched on. Neither one buys a view.

Referral links

Some pages carry links to a broker — currently XM. If you open an account through one of those links, the site may earn a commission from the broker. You pay nothing extra for it, and the price of anything you trade is set by the broker's schedule, not by how you arrived.

Referral links are marked in two ways, as the rules require: they carry a rel="sponsored" attribute in the page code, and a plain-language line next to the link itself (for example "paid link" or "we earn a commission"), so you never have to hunt for it. They always open in a new tab.

What the relationship does not change

  • Coverage. No article exists because a broker paid for it. There are no sponsored posts, no paid reviews and no "top brokers" rankings.
  • Levels and calls. Signals are published before the session they refer to and graded afterwards on the track record — including the ones that lose. Nothing about a referral link makes a losing trade less losing.
  • What we publish about the broker. If we write about a broker, we say what is verifiable — regulation, platforms, instrument coverage — and we do not publish performance promises, invented spreads or bonus claims that the broker's own compliance team has not approved.
  • Your alternatives. The analysis on this site works with any broker that offers gold on MetaTrader 5. If you have one you already trust, use it.

Advertising

Advertising is not currently enabled. If and when it is switched on, ads will be labelled, kept visually separate from editorial content and covered by the privacy notice.

The rules this follows

Paid and affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" (Google's requirement for paid placements) plus a visible disclosure (consumer-protection rules, including the FTC's endorsement guides, which apply wherever the audience is). Promotion of CFDs is also regulated: broker marketing claims have to be approved by the broker and carry risk warnings, which is why the blocks on article pages stay to verifiable facts and never quote a profit, a win rate or an incentive we cannot substantiate.
